Owned by Luke Revell, The Butter Factory is located in a gorgeous century-old stone building, the coolest place in summer and cosiest in winter. Luke brings over 10 years of hospitality experience. He brings his passion for food, hospitality and live music to this well-loved bar, and has cultivated an outstanding team both front and back of house. Luke was previously based in Matakana as the owner/operator of The Rusty Pelican - another outstanding restaurant that is a must-visit!
